Learning & Talent Management Systems Buyer Survey June 2010

    In Elearning! and Government Elearning! magazines' Learning & Talent Management Research, 40% of executives plan to add, change or replace their current system.

    This study reports that executives expect to invest more than $780,000 on the next LMS or TMS. On average, respondents manage and enterprise learning budget exceeding $4 million annually. This study of 316 respondents provides a perspective on brand and product awareness, buyer satisfaction of current brands, needed and sought features and a profiles of new LMS and TMS buyers. Insight into the decision-making process as well as who owns the learning or talent management system is confirmed.
